Safety Mate® Pricing FAQs: Trial, Plans & Billing

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and get full access to all features in your chosen plan for 14 days. A credit card is required for identity verification and fraud prevention, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime before then to avoid charges.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, store data in secure UK data centres that are certified to ISO 27001. Role-based access controls ensure your data stays protected.

Do you offer annual billing?
